1. Digital credits
Credit packs are digital goods that unlock paid features (such as clean export without watermark).
Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is successfully completed.
2. Exceptions
If a confirmed payment was charged but credits were not delivered due to a verified system fault on our side, contact support@rixcaps.com with your account email and payment reference. We will investigate and, if confirmed, credit your account or refund via the original payment method at our discretion.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension while we investigate fraud risk (consistent with payment network rules).
3. Free features
Free local transcription and watermarked exports do not involve a purchase and are not eligible for refunds.
